  • 500g butter
  • 500g organic or free range chicken livers, cleaned, dried and trimmed
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • 12 prosciutto slices
