Christmas Delivery 2023

With generations of rearing experience, we make sure our Christmas birds are something to look forward to. This page should hopefully answer all of the questions you have regarding orders for Christmas; if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us in the office:

E-mail: info@springfieldorganics.co.uk

*Keeping Your Order Separate*

Some of you might be looking to order some of our Free Range or Organic Chicken to arrive before your Christmas delivery. We're kindly asking you to keep the items you want delivered for Christmas in a separate order from the rest. This will help us to process all of your orders at the correct time. Orders containing duck and no additional Christmas products will be scheduled for delivery as usual unless you specify otherwise when placing your order.

Pre-Order Dates:

You can pre-order your Christmas birds up until Friday 15th December 2023. This is subject to availability, We'll try our best to make sure you get what you're looking for this Christmas! Orders placed after the 16th of December 2022 will be scheduled for delivery in January 2023 unless otherwise specified ideally by calling us in the office or by mentioning your preferred delivery specifications in the special comments box as you are placing your order.

PLEASE DO NOT SELECT A DELIVERY DATE IF YOUR ORDER IS FOR CHRISTMAS!

Your order will automatically be scheduled for the week of Christmas. If you have a preference between the 20th/21st/22nd, please let us know in the comments box on your order - or by sending us an email.

Christmas Delivery Dates:

We're scheduling our deliveries to be taking place on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd of December 2022. Whether you receive one of our Turkeys on the 20th or the 22nd, it would be the same one with your name on it so it's just a matter of who's fridge it's kept in! To help combat this we've developed a nifty mini-fridge to create that extra bit of space...

Christmas Turkey Ice Packs:

We'll be putting double the amount of ice-packs in our Christmas Turkey deliveries. The reason for this is that we know how big the birds are, and how difficult some of you might find it to store it in the fridge. Therefore, we're recommending that upon delivery, you take out half of the ice packs and place them in your freezer; then every time the ice packs with the Turkey begin to defrost, you can switch them out for the re-frozen packs. Voila, home-fridge!
