*Keeping Your Order Separate*

Some of you might be looking to order some of our Free Range or Organic Chicken to arrive before your Christmas delivery. We’re kindly asking you to keep the items you want delivered for Christmas in a separate order from the rest. This will help us to process all of your orders at the correct time.

Pre-Order Dates:

You can pre-order your Christmas birds up until December 15th 2019. We do want to make it clear however that even past this date it is always worth giving us a call in the office just in case we have any stock remaining. We’ll try our best to make sure you get what you’re looking for this Christmas!

Orders placed after the 15th of December 2019 will be scheduled for delivery in January 2020 unless otherwise specified ideally by calling us in the office or by mentioning your preferred delivery specifications in the special comments box as you are placing your order.

Christmas Delivery Dates:

We’re scheduling our deliveries to be taking place on the 19th or 20th December 2019. Saturday delivery is an option but will incur an additional £5 charge to contribute towards the increased courier costs. If you do want to have your delivery on Saturday 21st December please choose the ‘Saturday Delivery’ option at checkout. Whether you receive one of our Turkeys on the 19th or the 21st, it would be the same one with your name on it so it’s just a matter of who’s fridge it’s kept in! To help combat this we’ve developed a nifty mini-fridge to create that extra bit of space…

Christmas Turkey Ice Packs:

We’ll be putting double the amount of ice-packs in our Christmas Turkey deliveries. The reason for this is that we know how big the birds are, and how difficult some of you might find it to store it in the fridge. Therefore, we’re recommending that upon delivery, you take out half of the ice packs and place them in your freezer; then every time the ice packs with the Turkey begin to defrost, you can switch them out for the re-frozen packs. Voila, home-fridge!
