At Springfield we are lucky to grow our organic and free range poultry in the beautiful surroundings of Herefordshire. We are blessed in the surrounding area with lots of other local producers of fine foods and tracklements like our friends at What a Pickle.
Starting out with her homemade Tomato Chilli Jam and egged on by her friend Lucy, Camilla has built a flourishing business now offering many more delicious products – you can find out more about them here.
They include Red Onion Marmalade, Vegan Mayonnaise and Fig and Mustard Sauce. Great with cheese, charcuterie and of course our burgers and sausages!
