Try our Free Range boneless Chicken thigh, ideal for those who like thigh meat but aren’t keen on the bone. Whilst most people opt for Chicken breasts, you shouldn’t let the thigh pass you by. Our boneless thighs are juicy and full of flavour. The leg meat is well exercised which adds to the flavour and colour of the meat. Not sure how to serve up your Free Range boneless Chicken thighs? We like ours roasted. Add some garlic and lemon and you’re on to a winner.
At Springfield Poultry we rear Organic and Free Range Chickens for 52 weeks of the year. All year round our Chickens are free to roam our fields from 4 weeks old. Whether we have sun, rain, wind or snow, we know our Chickens are happiest when they’re outdoors. Grazing, pecking and enjoying the fresh air and pastures in the fields.
We vacuum pack all our Free Range Boneless Chicken Thighs with approximately 4-5 per pack. This number of items supplied is a guideline. A minimum weight is always guaranteed. However number of items per pack is an approximate. This is becuase our chickens vary in weight week by week.

How we recommend cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking.
Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat the oven to 200c/Gas 6. Put the Chicken in a roasting dish and add olive oil, rosemary, garlic and a squeeze of lemon. Cover the roasting dish with foil for the first 20 minutes to allow the Chicken to cook without drying out.
Take the foil off the the Chicken for the final 20 minutes to allow the skin to crisp up. Take out the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes (cover with foil whilst resting). Serve up with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a good spoonful of redcurrent sauce.
