Our Free Range Chicken Breast Fillets (Skin On) are the ultimate kitchen staple. They’re low in fat and high in protein, ideal for a lean diet. Our skin on fillets are similar to our skinless chicken fillets, which are also boneless. The only difference is the skin, which left on makes for a tasty crisp treat! Looking to do something different with your breasts? You could stuff the chicken fillets with garlic butter to make your own homemade chicken kievs. Our favourite is marinating the chicken breast overnight. Choose a piri piri rub or a simple garlic, olive oil and rosemary combo.
All our Chickens are Free Range and are reared in the fields of Herefordshire. Out in the fields is where our chickens are free to behave naturally. From dawn to dusk, grazing, exercising and enjoying the fresh air. Our high welfare and well exercised chickens make moist, tender meat. Full of flavour, not water!
We tray wrap all our chicken breast fillets, but if you require vacuum packaging just mention this in notes at checkout and we will do our best to ensure this is done. How We Recommend Cooking
Take the Chicken out of the fridge and allow the product to come up to temperature for 15 minutes
Season the chicken to taste with salt and black pepper.
Sear the chicken on each side to brown off the skin.
Transfer the chicken to the oven for an additional 20 minutes at temp.
Be careful not to exceed this time, as it may dry out the chicken breast.
Once the chicken is cooked, allow the breast to rest for 15 minutes before eating to allow the juices to redistribute. This will really enhance the texture of the meat.
