How we recommend cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking.
Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 C/gas 4 and cook for 40 minutes.
Take the Chicken out of the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Keep the Chicken covered whilst it stands.
Serve up with creamy mash and minted garden peas.
