How we recommend cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 15 minutes before cooking.
Gently wash the chicken hearts. Dab any water residue with some kitchen roll.
Season the chicken hearts with salt and pepper to taste.
Place your chicken hearts on a skewer and pop under the grill on a medium to high heat for 2 minutes each side
Be careful not to leave much longer than this - as they can become over cooked & chewy!
Simply serve your grilled chicken hearts with salad and a squeeze of lemon.
