If you don’t feel like Chicken tonight, try our fresh Free Range Duck breast fillets. All our Duck is sourced from a well established Free Range Farm with a reputation for their quality and welfare, similar to ours.
Similar to our Free Range chickens, the Free Range ducks are brooded in special heated barns for 28 days. After this time, the ducks are relocated to the field where they have access to a pond and grassy pastures. Out in the field the Ducks are free to roam and are well exercised. They also have a natural diet completely free of antibiotics and growth promoters.
In order to meet your requirements, we advise that any orders containing duck should be placed by Friday 8am for delivery the following week.
The soonest delivery date for Duck is now week commencing 5th April! Temporarily our duck legs and duck breasts might be supplied frozen, we will endeavour to supply fresh where possible.

How we recommend cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking.
Pre-heat the oven to 220c/ Gas 7
Score the skin and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sear the skin of the duck breast by placing in a non stick pan on a medium heat until golden brown.
Transfer the breast fillets to the oven and continue to cook for an additional 10/15 minutes depending on how well cooked you like your meat. For a well cooked piece of meat leave for an additional 3 minutes.
Allow the duck 10/15 minutes time to rest before serving, enabling the juices to redistribute. Whilst resting, cover the duck with foil.
