We supply all our Organic boneless thighs with the bone out but with the skin on. This helps to keep the cut juicy and full of flavour.

That means the birds lead an active life where they are free to run around, peck and graze. But because Chickens are flighless birds, the legs get the most exercise. As they are well exercised this improves the overall taste, texture and flavour. In comparison to our Organic breast fillets which are less intense in flavour. We supply all our Organic boneless thighs fresh, cut to order on our Herefordshire farm.
We vacuum pack all our Organic Boneless Chicken Thighs with approximately 5 per pack. This number of items supplied is a guideline. A minimum weight is always guaranteed. How We Recommend Cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking.
Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat the oven to 200c/Gas 6. Put the Chicken in a roasting dish and add olive oil, rosemary, garlic and a squeeze of lemon. Cover the roasting dish with foil for the first 20 minutes to allow the Chicken to cook without drying out.
Take the foil off the the Chicken for the final 20 minutes to allow the skin to crisp up. Take out the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes (cover with foil whilst resting). Serve up with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a good spoonful of redcurrent sauce.
