How We Recommend Cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking. Season the diced chicken leg with salt and pepper to taste.
We like to use our diced Chicken in a pie, with mushrooms.
Brown the Chicken off in a large non-stick frying pan for 5-10 minutes, turning occaisonally. Remove the Chicken from the pan and replace with bacon lardons. Fry until crisp. Add onions, mushrooms and fresh thyme and cook until the onions colour. Add some flour to the pan and stir up any excess juices. Add stock, milk and Chicken to the pan and heat through.
Add to a oven proof pot, cover with pastry and cook for 30 minutes.
