For a low fat piece of meat try Our Organic Chicken breast fillets (skinless). Chicken and Turkey are naturally lean meats, however without the skin they’re extra lean. Chicken breast fillets are incredibly versatile. Whether you whip up a tasty slow cooker curry or meaty pie our fillets will fit the bill.
We pride that our Organic Chicken breast fillets (skinless) are plump and full of flavour, not water! This is because they’re slow growing birds. Which take a minimum of 10 weeks to mature and enrich the Chickens flavour. You can’t rush perfection and that is why our birds live a long and active life. During this time they’re given dawn to dusk access to the fields and fresh pastures. Where they can spread their wings and behave naturally.
We tray wrap all our chicken breast fillets, but if you require vacuum packaging just mention this in notes at checkout and we will do our best to ensure this is done. We pack our fillets with approximately 2 breasts per pack. This number of items supplied is a guideline. A minimum weight is always guaranteed. However number of items per pack is an approximate. This is because our chickens vary in weight week by week.

How We Recommend Cooking
Take product out of the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat the oven to 200c/Gas 6
Chop up Mediterranean vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, olives, courgette and potato for example) and spread in a deep baking tin. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and add any additional herbs, fresh if possible; basil, oregano, rosemary and tarragon.
Cover with tin foil for the first 30 minutes and then remove the foil for the final 10 minutes. Ensure the Chicken is cooked before removing from the oven and eating.
Serve with salad and quinoa.
