If you’re looking to make a healthy swap in the kitchen, try our lean Organic Chicken mince. Similar to Turkey mince, our Chicken mince is also lower in fat than red meat alternatives. Made from our Organic chicken leg meat, the chicken mince is packed full of flavour. Our Chicken mince is delicious for a variety of meals. Please note we often supply the Chicken mince frozen. Each pack sent out is in 450g portions. Should you order a multi-pack, you shall receive either 5 x 450g packs or 10 x 450g packs.

Giving them the chance to graze, exercise and behave naturally. Life inside the shed for the Chickens is pretty good too. The Chickens have plenty of space inside their sheds, with natural air ventilating and plenty of natural light.

Homemade Chicken Burgers
Make sure that if your mince was delivered frozen, it has completely defrosted before handling and cooking.
Create a raw garlic paste by crushing fresh garlic and adding it to olive oil. Quantities dependent upon taste. Around 1 large garlic clove per 450g mince.
Season the chicken mince with salt, black pepper, the garlic paste and some fresh oregano.
Create burger patties by putting a small amount of cooking oil on your hands and shaping a handful of the prepared mine into patty shapes. Fry each side on a medium/high heat in a non-stick frying pan for a couple of minutes each side. Place them into the oven on a making tray for an additional 10 minutes to ensure the mince is cooked all the way through.
Serve your burger up in a brioche bun with some salad and sauces.
